If you made a purchase and didn’t receive an email:

  1. Check your junk/spam folder. The sender is “Prevent Zone Support”. The subject contains the word receipt.
  2. Try your email’s search function. Enter Prevent Zone Support in the search field.
  3. If you still cannot locate the email, please submit a ticket.

After 1 year of enrollment, your account is automatically removed from the course. If you need an updated Certificate of Completion, you will need to purchase the course again. If you need last year’s certificate, you may request one from us using the link below.
